This Website is owned and operated by Kanjimull Jewellers (henceforth referred to as "Kanjimull Jewellers" or "we" or "us" or "our" or "www.kanjimulljewellers.com") having its office at D-30, Defence Colony, First Floor, New Delhi, India -110024.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using/visiting the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you may not visit/use the Website. In using/visiting the Website, namely www.kanjimulljewellers.com (“the Website”) you shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions herein which may be revised from time to time and you understand and agree that you are bound by such Terms and Conditions whenever you access the Website.

Kanjimull Jewellers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will be under no obligation to inform you or third parties. It shall always be your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions as and when you access the Website or regularly review the Terms and Conditions in order to get apprised of any changes. Kanjimull Jewellers owns all rights in the Website. Using the Website or its contents, copying or storing it in whole or part without the consent of Kanjimull Jewellers is prohibited.

II. Eligibility Criteria

Persons below 18 (Eighteen) years of age are prohibited to use/purchase/contract with regard to any product/jewellery sold/displayed by Kanjimull Jewellers on this Website. All those who are incompetent or not eligible to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 shall not be eligible to use/visit this Website.

Those who choose to access the Website from outside India are responsible to comply with the applicable local laws of their respective country. Kanjimull Jewellers shall not be responsible and/or liable for any violation whatsoever of any laws of such foreign country if any person from such foreign country accesses the Website.

III. Payment and Pricing

A. Domestic Orders:
Domestic Order(s) shall mean the Order(s) placed by a Buyer who lives in India and is present in India, the Jewellery is shipped within India and the payment is made in India (hereinafter referred to as “Domestic Order(s)”). Indian Citizens and Permanent Residents of India can make payment through Domestic Credit/Debit Cards. However, if the Buyer is not a Citizen or Permanent Resident of India, the payment for any Domestic Orders can be made by International Credit/Debit Card only if the Buyer is visiting India on a Valid Visa. Such payment shall only be accepted in Indian Rupees (INR).

With regard to the use of International Credit/Debit Cards for payment for Jewellery purchased from Kanjimull Jewellers, the payment can be made only through HDFC online payment gateway. The value of the transaction shall be converted to INR which will subsequently be credited in the Bank Account of Kanjimull Jewellers according to the credit card policy of the International Credit Card used by the Purchaser/Buyer. For payments made by International Credit Cards, the Buyer shall be required to produce any one of the government issued photo Identity proof of the country of residence as listed below:

Prices will be Maximum Retail Price which will include the applicable Central Goods and Services Tax/ State Goods and Services Tax or Integrated Goods and Services Tax.

B. International Orders
International Orders shall mean when Jewellery is purchased by a Buyer who lives in a foreign country (hereinafter referred to as “International Buyer”) and consequently the Jewellery will have to be shipped outside India where export of Jewellery from India is permitted (hereinafter referred to as “International Orders”).

Payments for International Orders are to be made through International Credit Card/Debit Card and are only accepted through HDFC online payment gateway.

For Jewellery shipped in connection with the International Orders, Price will include all applicable taxes in India, shipping and handling charges and any other expenses and/or charges incurred including duty, cess etc. with regard to any compliances of the Customs Authority or any other revenue authority .

The International Buyer to complete the transaction of purchase of Jewellery on placing an International Order shall provide any one of the following Government-issued photo Identity proof:

Note: RuPay Credit Card/ Debit Card will not be accepted for International Orders.

The International Buyer placing International Order shall bear any/all duties or charges or cess levied by the country where the Jewellery is shipped by Kanjimull Jewellers.

Kanjimull Jewellers shall not be responsible and/or liable to compensate the Buyer or International Buyer for any failure of payment and/or double debit when the payment for the Jewellery purchased is made through the Payment Gateway provided for payment for any purchases made by the Buyer from Kanjimull Jewellers.

IV. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and assure you of maintaining complete confidentiality of the details provided by you through this website through Our Privacy Policy.

A third party processes payments on this Website and is bound by a non-disclosure agreement with Kanjimull Jewellers and is not allowed to disclose any private details of the customers.

V. Return and Exchange Policy

All sales by Kanjimull Jewellers are final and we follow a No Return Policy on the Sale of the Jewellery. In the unlikely event of Jewellery being defective, the same can be exchanged within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of the Original Purchase or receipt with a product of equivalent or higher value for which difference in value will have to be paid. The aforesaid exchange will be permitted provided the Jewellery purchased is in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. However, Kanjimull Jewellers shall not be responsible to compensate the Buyer in the event the Jewellery gets damaged or lost during transit when couriered.

VI. Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer undertakes to provide true, accurate and current information to the Website. In the event the Jewellery is not delivered on account of false/incorrect information provided by the Buyer, any extra cost incurred by Kanjimull Jewellers for delivering it again or redirecting shall be claimed from or will be to the account of the Buyer. The Buyer confirms that the address provided by the Buyer at which delivery of the Jewellery is ordered by the Buyer, is correct and proper in all aspects and details and delivery of the Jewellery purchased by the Buyer is physically possible. In case, the Buyer uses an International Card for payment of Domestic Order or the Buyer has ordered something to be delivered outside India, then the Buyer has to provide Kanjimull Jewellers any one of the following government-issued photo identity proof:

  • Pan card
  • Driving License
  • Passport and copy of valid Indian Visa

VII. Intellectual Property

Kanjimull Jewellers reserves all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials, which appear on the Website.

Access to the Website does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo or mark in any manner.

You may download or copy the contents and other materials displayed on the Website for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred as a result of any such downloading or copying. You shall not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of the website or any related software. All software used on the Website is the property of Kanjimull Jewellers and is protected by Indian and International Copyright laws.

VIII. Force Majeure

Kanjimull Jewellers shall not be liable for any delay in the performance or non-performance of any of its duties and responsibilities and shall not be liable for any loss or damages if the same is occasioned by reasons beyond the control of Kanjimull Jewellers. Force Majeure shall include but shall not be limited to act of God, war, civil disturbance, governmental or parliamentary restrictions, prohibitions or enactments of any kind, import or export regulations, exchange control regulations or accident or non-availability/delay in transport, pandemic or epidemic.

IX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions.

X. PAN Card

In the event there is a purchase of more than Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) vide Domestic Order then the Buyer is to provide a copy of the PAN Card. Kanjimull Jewellers reserve the right to cancel the order for purchase of Jewellery in the event the Buyer fails to or is unable to provide a copy of the PAN Card or any other requisite documents which maybe required to be submitted to the concerned authority.

XI. Disclaimer

Kanjimull Jewellers shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the Buyer or any third party as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the Website, any information contained on the Website, you or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.

Kanjimull Jewellers shall not be liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary and consequential damages, damages for loss of use, data or profits, or other intangible losses , which may arise or are arising from the use of the Website or any of the information, software, services and related graphics contained in the Website or any of the Product(s) offered, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. We as merchants shall not be under any liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder.
